So, does this study mean, that kids with UP who have bone marrow biopsies with results that show no mast cell issues in the bone marrow will usually regress in their masto, whereas kids that have signs of systemic mastocytosis in their BMB are more likely to progress to have more than just skin involvement and/or their Urticaria Pigmentosa will persist into adulthood and beyond?
